Desired candidate profile -

Experience in Non IT recruitment/BPO hiring/Bulk hiring

Job Responsibilities-

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged and providing timely feedback.
Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
On boarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless on boarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
