Role & responsibilities Good English communication both written and verbal. Ability to make calls and chats in a day. Ability to do store promotion align with sales informing customers about products & managing them. Take each lead as an opportunity and try to convert it to the max potential. Resolving the concern of customers related to product, payment or service and leading it to sale & online processing of orders and management. Responsible for following up with hotel sales & to ensure that products reach on time. Courtesy while talking towards the customer is very important and key towards great customer service which leads to sales. Convincing to enhance the purchase with additional products and upselling Understanding the needs of the customer and helping them choose the product accordingly Taking down their feedback for other brands used by them in the market.
