1. Handle a team of Medical Representative for sales growth and target achievement
2. Implementation of customer coverage/ call plan / strategy implementation for Sales and Marketing as per norms.
3. Maintain relationship with existing customers(Doctors/ Stockiest) for repeat business
4. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
5. Ensure achievement of sales targets : Track and support booking of order
6. Provide timely feedback to the RSM regarding team’s sales performance.
7. Maintain Record book, DFWR, Monthly reports etc.
