Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end executive search processes to identify and attract senior-level candidates for critical leadership roles.
• Develop and execute tailored search strategies aligned with clients or organization’s strategic goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates from passive talent pools.
• Engage with C-suite executives, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to understand role requirements and organizational culture.
• Screen, interview, and assess executive candidates for technical expertise, leadership qualities, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals, executive candidates, and referral sources.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients or internal hiring managers, providing detailed assessments and recommendations.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Maintain thorough documentation of search processes, candidate pipelines, and communication records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in the executive talent market.
• Facilitate interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes for senior hires.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the search process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or headhunting.
• Strong network within industry sectors and proven ability to place senior executives.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
