Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
· Collaborate with leadership for effective workforce planning and talent forecasting.
· Ensure compliance with all employment laws and statutory requirements.
· Manage employee relations, ensuring a culture of fairness, transparency, and open communication.
· Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract qualified professionals.
· Oversee performance appraisal processes and career development initiatives.
· Design and manage employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
· Administer compensation and benefits in alignment with market standards.
· Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
· Maintain a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Skills Required:
· Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum 2.5 to 3 years of experience in a senior HR position.
· Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
· Proven ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
