Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students over calls, emails, and in-person
Explain course structures, eligibility, and university offerings
Handle the end-to-end admission process: from lead conversion to enrollment
Maintain regular follow-up with interested students
Support documentation and coordinate with internal admission teams
Maintain CRM records and student data efficiently
Stay updated with new programs, education trends, and admission policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
2 to 4 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools
