Position Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that promote our recruitment services, engage with aspiring international nurses, and build brand visibility across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. · Handle the company’s social media profiles and create engaging content relevant to international nursing recruitment. · Optimize website content, landing pages, and SEO to improve organic traffic. · Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. · Coordinate email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for updates, webinars, and recruitment drives. · Assist in designing marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, and social media creatives. · Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare, education, or recruitment sectors). · Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools. · Basic graphic designing skills (using Canva or Adobe Suite). · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: · Experience running lead generation campaigns for international recruitment or training institutions. · Video editing and basic content scripting skills are an added advantage.
