Understand students’ educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable distance learning programs. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing students. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process. Lead, guide, and support junior team members (for TL/BDM roles). Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 1 to 4 years in business development, counseling, sales, or a similar role (preferably in EdTech or education counseling).
