Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Handle incoming calls and queries from B2B clients (banks and financial institutions).
Provide timely updates to clients on the status of property document processing.
Resolve client queries related to documentation, data extraction, and system access.
Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure closure of client issues.
Process data extracted automatically via Maatrums online portal.
Review scanned property documents shared by banks to identify and verify relevant information.
Collate and manually extract data from online sources and scanned property documents.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all processed data.
Maintain turnaround times (TAT) and meet operational quality standards.
Log all client interactions, updates, and follow-ups in the system for visibility and tracking.
Work in compliance with Maatrums internal policies and partner banks’ guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in customer support / client coordination / B2B support (freshers can apply).
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
Good understanding of customer handling, escalation management, and coordination.
Ability to read and understand property documents (training will be provided).
Basic computer skills: MS Office, Email, and Web-based tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
