Role Overview

Homeowner Service Agent

responsible for supporting homeowners through accurate, timely and professional email

communication. The role requires strong written communication skills, a customer-centric approach

and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to homeowner queries, concerns and service requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of issues within defined SLAs.
Maintain accurate records of all homeowner interactions and case details in CRM systems.
Identify recurring concerns and flag process gaps to relevant teams for improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, process guidelines and data privacy requirements.
Communicate with clarity, empathy and ownership to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.
Support ongoing process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email-based customer or partner support (hospitality/travel background preferred)
Strong written communication with excellent command of English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working from office in a 6-day work environment (Gurugram).
Willingness to work in shifts aligned with European business hours.
