What You Will Be Doing

• Masterfully manage virtual workshop logistics including breakout rooms, transitions, and collaborative activities with precision and foresight
• Drive student engagement through strategic interventions, personalized encouragement, and creating moments of connection

• Execute behind-the-scenes operations that ensure seamless workshop experiences for both students and lead educators

Online Youth Mentor Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate dynamic virtual learning environments that maximize student engagement, ensuring each participant remains focused, organized, and energized throughout every workshop session.

Basic Requirements

• Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated excellence in youth leadership capacities: mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or program facilitation
• Educational foundation in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) with verified attendance in one of these systems (current global location acceptable)
• Exceptional communication abilities and advanced proficiency with digital learning platforms
• Proven capacity to energize youth environments while maintaining meticulous attention to operational details and transitions
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with online learning technologies or digital youth enrichment program delivery
• Established track record in after-school program management, summer camp leadership, or youth club facilitation

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
