Knowledge of Voice & Non-voice Calls .
Handle Chat Process
Inbound Out bound Calls

Skills Required:

Communication - Mandatory - Good spoken & written skill in English & Hindi and any other regional language in addition to this
Technology skills - Surfing - Google, Whats app, FB etc.
Computer operating knowledge
Good English writing skill - Mandatory for E-mail and Chat Team.

Requirement:

Ready to work in rotational week-offs (6 days in a month)
Extended working hours during festive and season times
Shift timing - 9 hours with strict adherence.
CTC Upto 4lpa (Including Incentives)
