Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female

Telecaller

to contribute to generating sales and managing customer relationships for our organization. You will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and handle inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign support.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
Polite, confident, and persistent attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service
