We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound & outbound calls, provide information to parents and students, and generate admissions leads for Gurukul Classes / School / Coaching Programs (NEET, JEE, Foundation, School Programs) . The Telecaller will be the first point of contact and must maintain professionalism, clarity, and polite communication at all times. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to parents/students and explain Gurukul’s courses, fees, facilities, and benefits. Handle inbound inquiries regarding admissions, demo classes, batches, timings, and hostel details. Maintain a record of calls , follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel. Convert inquiries into admission appointments and encourage campus visits. Provide accurate information about NEET, JEE, school coaching, foundation batches, hostel, discipline system, results , etc. Follow up with leads daily until closure. Maintain excellent communication , polite language, and a positive tone. Coordinate with the counseling team, marketing staff, and front desk. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets . Skills & Qualifications Required Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & basic English. Ability to explain course details clearly and confidently. Good convincing and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM). Prior experience in the education or coaching industry is an advantage.
