📌 Role: Ecommerce Marketing Manager


Location: Gurugram

Type: Full-time, On-site


The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will lead Pets Empire’s digital, ecommerce, and performance marketing strategy. This includes managing marketplace operations, running ad campaigns across ecommerce and Q-commerce platforms, and planning performance-driven campaigns on Google and Meta for the company’s website.


The ideal candidate will use analytics, creativity, and strong execution skills to drive sales, optimize spending, and grow online visibility.



📌 Key Responsibilities


Ecommerce & Q-Commerce

 • Manage, optimize, and grow presence on major ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Q-commerce portals (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).

 • Strategize, plan, and run paid ad campaigns on ecommerce and Q-commerce portals to improve visibility, conversions, and ROAS.

 • Improve product visibility, content quality, and category ranking on platforms.


Performance Marketing (Website)

 • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).

 • Create, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for traffic, conversions, and retargeting.

 • Work with the website team on landing page optimization, pixel/tracking setup, and funnel improvements.

 • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear insights and improvements.



📌 Other Responsibilities :-


 • Analyze consumer behavior, sales trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

 • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, ops, content) for smooth execution of campaigns, listings, and promotions.

 • Ensure consistent execution and timely rollout of marketing activities and campaigns.

 • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities across platforms.




📌 Qualifications

 • Strong expertise in Ecommerce platforms, Q-commerce portals, and online sales strategies.

 • Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

 • Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising (AMS, Sponsored Ads, internal portal ads).

 • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

 • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

 • Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics dashboards, and tracking systems.

 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

 • Experience in the pet industry or FMCG sector is a plus.

 • Strong communication and leadership skills.
