**Role Overview**

Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital and social media

initiatives across Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, PGMEE, and upcoming

Technical segments.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and lead digital & social media strategies.

• Create monthly content calendars and oversee content quality.

• Provide creative direction and approve final creatives.

• Coordinate with social media executives, designers, SEO, publishing & sales teams.

• Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize performance.

• Lead contests, giveaways, campaigns, & ambassador programs.

• Manage Meta ads, LinkedIn corporate posts, WhatsApp broadcasts & emailers.

• Support offline marketing events with digital amplification.

• Handle ORM across Amazon, YouTube, Meta, and website.

• Implement new digital trends, AI tools, and innovative formats.

• Maintain segment-wise student, faculty & influencer databases.

**Qualifications & Experience**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing/Communication.

• 4–8 years of digital marketing or social media experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
