As we expand our digital presence across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, we are looking for a passionate Ads Manager to drive our advertising strategy and growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Ads Manager with a deep interest and proven experience in running advertising campaigns across e-commerce, quick commerce, and digital platforms. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can strategize, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms including Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google. The candidate will also work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and scale our digital business effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI, sales growth, and brand visibility.
• Develop strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and provide regular performance reports.
• Explore new ad formats, audiences, and innovative approaches to reach pet parents online.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other retail media platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work across teams.
• Passion for pets and the pet care industry is a plus.
