Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Ads Manager to lead our online advertising efforts. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for the brands. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and adept at managing budgets to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance data and generate reports to track KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to design compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s digital marketing initiatives up-to-date.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance insights.
• Test and refine advertising strategies based on performance metrics and customer behaviour.
• Communicate with stakeholders on strategy, performance, and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,093.24 - ₹32,896.74 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lig Colony, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
