* Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across major digital platforms

* Drive high-quality lead generation & conversion

* Manage monthly budgets & performance dashboards

* Run A/B tests, analyze data, and improve overall funnel performance

* Collaborate with creative teams for ad assets & landing pages

* Stay updated with trends, algorithms & industry best practices

🎯 What We’re Looking For

* 10+ years of hands-on ads management experience

* Strong track record in scaling lead-gen campaigns (EdTech preferred)

* Expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

* Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
