About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Create data-driven content roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and business growth.

Leverage analytics tools to measure engagement across 50+ content channels.

2. Content Innovation & Development:

Drive experimentation in new content formats such as AI-assisted storytelling, video scripts, whitepapers, and social narratives.

Innovate storytelling models that increase user engagement rates by 200%+.

Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams to create content that ranks, converts, and retains.

Lead long-form research projects, brand positioning documents, and data reports.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

Lead a content R&D team of 10–15 creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Mentor writers, editors, and analysts to achieve consistent content quality benchmarks.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure unified messaging.

4. Data & Performance Management:

Analyze audience insights, engagement patterns, and competitor benchmarks to refine strategies.

Manage content analytics dashboards and performance metrics to track impact across platforms.

Present research findings and actionable insights to leadership with clear KPIs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Marketing.

5+ years of experience in content strategy, research-based content marketing, or editorial leadership.

Strong command over data-driven storytelling, trend analysis, and creative experimentation.

Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), and AI-driven research platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
