Role: Campaigns Manager Location: Pune Responsibilities: · Strategy Development: o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. o Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns. o Define clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. o Start with Google and Meta campaigns and then progressively add performance platforms like snapchat, Amazon ads, quick commerce platforms, retail media networks and so on. · Campaign Management: o Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Ads campaigns. o Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize ROI. o Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to improve campaign performance. · Audience Targeting: o Develop targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. o Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the right audience at the right time. o Continuously refine targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance. · Analytics and Reporting: o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance. o Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. o Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. · Team Management: o Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. o Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment. o Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. · In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including their latest features and best practices. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. · Excellent project management and organizational skills. · Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools. · Strong communication and presentation skills. · A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, SEO, and social media. · Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint. · Experience with data-driven decision making and optimization techniques. · A strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
