Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Campaign Manager, based in Noida. The Online Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. Daily tasks will include analyzing campaign performance, strategizing for improved reach, optimizing web analytics, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The role will require a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring top-notch execution for measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Campaign Management and Online Marketing
• Experience with Web Analytics and Digital Marketing tools
• Understanding of Sales processes and customer engagement strategies
• Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies
• Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms; certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or analytics are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
