We are looking for a highly organized and creative Digital Event Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online events and webinars. This role will drive the entire lifecycle of digital events—from strategy and setup to post-event follow-ups—with an emphasis on operational excellence, user engagement, and lead generation.
· Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to design high-conversion event campaigns
· Create annual/monthly event calendars aligned with business goals
· Design event themes, hooks, content, and delivery formats
· Define event success KPIs and reporting mechanisms
· Own end-to-end event logistics and workflows using checklists & timelines
· Manage task lists for internal teams including design, tech, and content
· Ensure event platforms (Zoom, Teams , etc.) are set up and tested
· Coordinate dry runs, backups, and technical contingency planning
· Confidently host live webinars or coordinate host handovers
· Moderate live Q&As, audience interaction, polls, and engagement
· Ensure real-time technical and speaker support during events
· Train teachers, guest speakers, and internal stakeholders on event formats
· Share structured SOPs, best practices, and rehearsal schedules
· Coordinate scripts, slides, and dry runs for presenters
· Collaborate on event landing pages and email sequences with design/copy teams
· Create or supervise development of ebooks, guides, and presentations for events
· Ensure all event content is aligned with brand tone and objectives
· Liaise with performance marketing team for ad creatives and targeting
· Track event attendance, drop-off rates, and conversion metrics
· Run post-event feedback loops and drip campaigns for leads
· 0 to 6 months of experience in online events/webinars/campaigns or edtech preferred
· Strong project management and coordination skills
· Excellent communication, presentation, and hosting ability
· Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure live environments
· Experience in education, online courses, or community-led growth
· Ability to write or edit content (emails, ebook copy, landing pages)
