Position Overview

Coding Instructor

Key Responsibilities

• Teach programming and app development tools such as

  Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, Thunkable

  (additional tools/languages are a plus).
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain performance records.
• Conduct

  Catch-up Sessions

  or

  Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

  as required.
• Collaborate with the curriculum and operations team to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum

  1 year of teaching/training experience

  in coding (online teaching preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Scratch, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Thunkable

  .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage and manage young students effectively in an online setup.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free teaching environment.

Work Timings

Regular Schedule:

• Weekdays (Tue–Fri):

  03:30 AM – 09:30 AM (5 slots)

• Weekends (Sat–Sun):

  08:30 PM – 12:30 AM (4 slots)

• Catch-ups/PTM:

  04:30 AM – 08:30 AM

Daylight Saving Schedule:

• Weekdays (Tue–Fri):

  02:30 AM – 08:30 AM (5 slots)

• Weekends (Sat–Sun):

  07:30 PM – 11:30 PM (4 slots)

• Catch-ups/PTM:

  04:30 AM – 08:30 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹40,000 per month [ negotiable ] + Attractive incentives based on performance.
