Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist located in Noida. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Day-to-day tasks include conducting onboarding sessions, resolving client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and progress. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve potential issues.
