Job Overview:

US HR Executive – Client Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    end-to-end onboarding process

    for consultants and clients in the US region.
  • Collect, verify, and process all

    onboarding documents

    (I-9, W4, offer letters, background checks, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure

    timely onboarding and compliance

  • Maintain accurate data and updates in the

    ATS / HR system

    .
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Support payroll and HR operations by sharing necessary onboarding updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and

    US labor regulations

    .
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding reports and trackers.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
