Digital & Performance Marketing Support digital marketing teams with performance-oriented campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. Drive integration between offline and digital efforts to maximize campaign effectiveness. 5. Budget & Vendor Management Allocate and manage marketing budgets across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Build and manage relationships with creative, media, and activation agencies. Negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliverables, and optimize spends for maximum ROI. 6. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing operations team. Define KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster collaboration between creative, media, digital, and field marketing teams. 7. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance across all channels. Generate insights through data to improve future campaigns. Present periodic reports to leadership on marketing effectiveness.
