The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our agency s digital marketing services. You will be working closely with the marketing and strategy teams to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions to clients. Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals. 2. The ideal candidate will have an experience working in an agency for 2 years or more and possess deep understanding of client needs, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills to effectively manage expectations and deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues. Oversee the execution of client campaigns across digital and social media, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that meet their business goals and expectations. Gather and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve client strategies. Work with internal teams, including performance marketing and creative, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Track the performance of campaigns, providing clients with regular updates, performance reports, and insights based on KPIs. Manage client budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
