Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing agency sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our agency s digital marketing services. You will be working closely with the marketing and strategy teams to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals. 2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs. 3. Client Consultation: Understand clients business needs and propose relevant digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Content Marketing, etc). 4. Sales Presentations Demos: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to potential clients, explaining the agency s services and their benefits. 5. Negotiation Closing: Manage the negotiation process, close sales deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. 6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. 7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing innovations to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to management.

Skill Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of experience in sales within a digital marketing agency or related field. 2. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, etc). 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 8. Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) is a plus. 9. Seniority Level Executive
