Job Description

The Brand Manager (Client Servicing Manager) Digital Marketing will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships for Writers Inc. This includes understanding client needs, managing communications, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have an experience working in an agency for 2 years or more and possess deep understanding of client needs, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills to effectively manage expectations and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns across digital and social media, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that meet their business goals and expectations.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve client strategies.
  • Work with internal teams, including performance marketing and creative, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track the performance of campaigns, providing clients with regular updates, performance reports, and insights based on KPIs.
  • Manage client budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on campaign performance, new opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client relations, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of client needs, digital marketing strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in G Suite; knowledge on Meta,Google and Linkedin Ads is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
