Provide direct administrative support to HRBPs, including:
• Scheduling meetings and interviews
• Managing calendars, inboxes and ticketing queues
• Preparing documents, trackers, and reporting
• Taking notes and following up on action items
• Serve as first-line support for low-tier HR issues, including:
• Reviewing time and attendance infractions for accuracy
• Supporting basic employee inquiries (policy, process, leave, etc.)
• Logging and documenting simple employee relations cases
• Escalating any complex or sensitive concerns to the HRBPs
• Provide first-line support on leave management, including:
• Reviewing requests
• Following up with employees and managers
• Confirming documentation is complete
• Tracking leave in systems and spreadsheets
• Maintain employee documentation and files in HR systems
• Support onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
• Assist with data entry and basic reporting • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Good judgment and willingness to escalate when appropriate
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with UKG Pro, and Absence Pro
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
• Basic knowledge of employee relations concepts
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
