Provide direct administrative support to HRBPs, including:
Scheduling meetings and interviews
Managing calendars, inboxes and ticketing queues
Preparing documents, trackers, and reporting
Taking notes and following up on action items
Serve as first-line support for low-tier HR issues, including:
Reviewing time and attendance infractions for accuracy
Supporting basic employee inquiries (policy, process, leave, etc.)
Logging and documenting simple employee relations cases
Escalating any complex or sensitive concerns to the HRBPs
Provide first-line support on leave management, including:
Reviewing requests
Following up with employees and managers
Confirming documentation is complete
Tracking leave in systems and spreadsheets
Maintain employee documentation and files in HR systems
Support onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
Assist with data entry and basic reporting Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Strong communication skills

Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully
Good judgment and willingness to escalate when appropriate
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with UKG Pro, and Absence Pro
Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
Basic knowledge of employee relations concepts
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
