About Us

At ZOCA, we’re a fast-growing startup in Koramangala, looking for an energetic and organized Office Administrator to help keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from office maintenance to employee support, ensuring that our team has what they need to be productive and happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping the Office in Top Shape:
  • Ensure our office is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Manage the day-to-day upkeep and coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Take care of all office-related supplies and equipment, making sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Managing Office Supplies & Vendors:
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and ensure we’re stocked with everything we need.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors for things like office cleaning, maintenance, and other services
  • Keep track of purchase orders and deliveries to stay on top of everything.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
  • Help new team members feel at home by assisting with their onboarding — setting up their workstations, explaining office policies, and making sure everything is ready for them to hit the ground running.
  • When team members leave, assist with the offboarding process, including collecting office materials and helping with exit procedures.
  • Business Travel Coordination:
  • Help organize travel arrangements for employees — booking flights, hotels, and transport for business trips.
  • Assist with travel expenses and ensure everything is tracked and accounted for.
  • Planning Office Events & Activities:
  • Be the mastermind behind fun office events, team outings, and celebrations that keep the team engaged and connected.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and any special office activities.
  • Keeping Our Tech Running Smoothly:
  • Ensure all office devices (computers, printers, etc.) are up and running and well-maintained.
  • Manage office inventory and order materials as needed.
  • General Office Coordination:
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks like scheduling, organizing meetings, and providing assistance wherever needed.
  • Be the go-to person for any office-related questions or issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Comfortable communicating in Hindi or English (knowledge of Kannada/other local language is a plus).
  • A self-starter who’s organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, business travel coordination, or event planning is a bonus!
  • Ideally, you live near Koramangala, as this is a work-from-office role.
