Job Description

As an Office Administrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. - Coordinating office activities and operations such as mail distribution, supply inventory management, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient workflow. - Assisting in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and catering arrangements. - Maintaining office filing systems, databases, and records accurately and confidentially. - Managing office communications, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. - Assisting in the onboarding of new employees, preparing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and coordinating training sessions. - Providing administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and document preparation. - Processing expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
