At OTR Direct (UK-based Logistics & Distribution Company), we are expanding our India operations and looking for an Office Administrator / Admin Executive to efficiently manage administrative tasks and support cross-functional teams.

📍 Location: Hyderabad

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years (Office Administration / Coordination)

🎓 Qualification: Graduate – B.Com / BBA preferred

💰 Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance

Create Excel-based dashboards, reports, trackers, and presentations

Support HR with onboarding, attendance & engagement activities

Assist Finance with expense tracking and MIS reporting via Excel

Coordinate meetings, travel, and communication with India & UK teams

Maintain organised records and ensure smooth administrative workflow

💡 Required Skills

✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas, reports essential)

✔ Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔ Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Detail-focused, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
