Renowned for producing top-tier mattress cores and underlays, SFIL champions sustainable development through innovative waste reduction strategies. By recycling PU Foam trims, SFIL helps offset 7,000 metric tonnesof CO2 emissions yearly, contributing significantly to India's green initiatives.

Job Overview-The Executive Administration at Sarva Foam Industries Ltd. will play a key role in supporting the HR Operations and Team Management with Administrative Coordination. This junior-level, full-time position is based in Bhopal, and the ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination, record management, and assisting with HR operations. Sarva Foam is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle vendor management and office supplies. Support HR and finance departments with documentation and reporting. Ensure smooth communication between departments and external partners Facilitate communication between the HR department, management, and employees, ensuring clear information flow and policy understanding. Prepare, process, and maintain sensitive employee records that adhere to company policies and governance regulations. Support company events and meetings by handling logistics and scheduling, ensuring effective execution of organizational gatherings.

Requirements/Qualification:-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication .Experience in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment data. Expertise in document management to handle confidential personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bawadiya Kalan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English ,Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
