Odoo Techno Functional Consultant

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of experience in ERP/CRM systems like Odoo. Your expertise should include project management, implementation, and support, demonstrating a strong knowledge of Odoo, ERP, and CRM solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, gap analysis, and business process mapping is essential, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Your proven track record should showcase your ability to manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and timelines, while also having experience in end-user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. Adaptability to diverse business processes and client needs is a key requirement. Your responsibilities will include planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications. You will collaborate with client-side team members to define business requirements, conduct business process mapping, and document requirements clearly. Conducting gap analysis, reviewing system effectiveness, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, creating system models, collaborating with the technical team, and designing solutions based on client requirements are crucial aspects of the role. You will also create implementation plans, schedules, coordinate testing, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Utilizing Agile methodology effectively, providing end-user training, post-implementation helpdesk support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Odoo and other systems, reviewing client projects on external servers, and managing projects on versioning tools are part of your responsibilities.
