Odoo Techno Functional Consultant

Role Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for managing project plans and project work. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in ODOO development and client handling. Your role will involve developing new functional business modules, providing high-level user support, and contributing to the OpenERP project. Strong logical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, object modeling, relational databases, and Unix/Linux platform - Experience with JavaScript is a must - Development and extension of the Open Object framework and its existing modules - Reviewing existing code and adapting it to new algorithms - Integration process of OpenERP with third-party applications - Designing, developing, and releasing products/applications end-to-end - Execute requirement gathering, documentation, and system design for OpenERP implementation projects - Client management including setting and managing client expectations, developing lasting relationships, and facilitating team and client meetings effectively - Understanding and bridging the gap between requirements and current functionality - Preparation of documentation, end-user manuals, training videos, and testing applications for desired functionality - Onsite training and implementation of the system at client-side Qualifications Required: - Post Graduation in MBA-IT/Systems/Finance/Operations or Graduation in any field - 4-7 years of experience - Proficiency in Python and ODOO framework - Strong development processes and methods knowledge - Understanding of programming, databases, and client/server architectures - Genuine interest in mentoring junior staff Company Profile: Pragmatic Techsoft Pvt Ltd. is a dynamic software consulting, development, and training company based in Pune, India.
