Business Analyst

In this position, you will be responsible for managing project plans and project work for Pragmatic Techsofts OpenERP implementation projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing functions of requirement gathering, documentation, and system design - Ensuring correct delivery and training during the handover of implementations - Gathering and understanding customer expectations from a feature and functionality perspective - Analyzing differences between requirements and current functionality - Working with the Development team to design solutions - Preparing documentation including timelines and costing - Creating end-user manuals and training videos - Testing the application to verify functionality as desired by the customer - Conducting onsite training and implementing the system at the client's side Desired Skills & Expertise: - Client Management - Managing day-to-day client interaction and setting/managing client expectations - Developing lasting relationships with client personnel - Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate business solutions - Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships - Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives - Facilitating team and client meetings effectively - Communicating relevant project information to superiors - Delivering engaging presentations and resolving issues in a timely fashion - Understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully - Having prior experience in performing Project Manager responsibilities - General understanding in programming, database, Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures - Maintaining awareness of new and emerging technologies - Working effectively in a team environment and mentoring junior staff Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
