Odoo Techno Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Techno Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP applications, you will be responsible for roadmap building and delivery on behalf of the ERP Team. Your role will involve gathering requirements from stakeholders, understanding business needs, and mapping requirements in the system. It will also entail building architecture and ensuring best practices are followed by the ERP team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform system configuration, installation, data migration, integration, and testing. - Create requirement and training documentation for user training and support for ERP and various in-house systems. - Have a strong understanding of integrations, migrations, optimization, upgrades, developments, and deployments. - Act as the primary support contact for end-users. - Provide application maintenance and production support services. - Offer dedicated and high-focused business support during period end closing and critical business activities like shipping and manufacturing. - Maintain AWS server (Cloud Computing). - Propose proactive system improvements and initiatives. - Perform daily tasks in the ERP system as required by the Team. - Support colleagues in working in the ERP environment. - Perform basic diagnosis of network issues. - Receive and configure laptops for users. - Develop new functional business modules. - Provide high-level user support (technical) and be involved in the Odoo project. - Demonstrate strong logical and problem-solving skills. - Possess good knowledge of Python and the ODOO framework. - Gather requirements and understand customer expectations from a feature and functionality perspective. Analyze the differences between the requirements and current functionality available. Work with the Development team to design solutions to bridge the gap. Prepare requisite documentation including timelines and costing.
