Job Description

Who Are We Looking For Proven experience 2-4 years in customer support or technical support roles, preferably with a focus on Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting,Website, etc. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred. Odoo certification(s) is a plus. What You Will Be Doing Team Building. Customer Engagement. Client Delivery. Develop Odoo modules using proper conventions and design standards. Develop application/ features that affect everyday life. Customize Odoo and integrate it with third-party applications. Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements. Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to the applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Need to have knowledge of API's. Odoo, including system integrations, reporting, and QWeb template.
