As part of our expansion, we are building a dedicated Odoo ERP practice to serve industries such as Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.

Role Overview

Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and map them to appropriate Odoo modules.
• Configure standard Odoo applications (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing HR, etc.) based on customer needs.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and propose workarounds or customizations.
• Collaborate with the technical team for module development and testing.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT, and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide end-user training and create user manuals or documentation.
• Support clients post-implementation through hypercare and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of Odoo functionality (Community and Enterprise).
• Odoo Functional Certification(Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of business processes in Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Ability to create wireframes, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Hands-on experience in Odoo configuration and data migration.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of technical aspects (to coordinate with developers).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Odoo 17 Functional certification
• Experience in Agile project delivery environments.
• Exposure to multi-company or multi-currency environments.
