Odoo Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Customize functional workflows, forms, and dashboards without coding.
• Prepare, manage, and update master data (products, vendors, customers, BOM, price lists, etc.).
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Recommend best practices and ensure smooth process implementation in Odoo.
• Design functional workflows, reports, KPIs, and dashboards based on client needs.
• Coordinate with the technical team for custom development and integrations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Ability to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure Odoo solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation, migration, or support projects.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree and related field experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
