Odoo Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Functional Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP systems for our clients. Your strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and hands-on experience in Odoo functional modules will be key assets in this role. - Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and analyze processes. - Configure and customize Odoo modules based on client needs. - Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Odoo standard functionalities. - Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, functional requirements, and user manuals. - Provide functional support and training to end users. - Coordinate with the technical team for customization, development, and integrations. - Perform testing (UAT) and ensure smooth go-live transitions. - Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve functional issues. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant. - Good understanding of business processes across departments (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.). - Experience in Odoo implementations (Community or Enterprise version). - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
