Job Description

Profile - Odoo Functional Consultant

Experience - 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:-

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional solutions.
Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules according to client and project needs.
Conduct
gap analysis
to identify business process improvements and recommend scalable Odoo-based solutions.
Provide expertise across
core Odoo modules
including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, and HR.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop and test custom modules and integrations.
Prepare and maintain detailed
functional documentation
, including process flows, system configurations, and test cases.
Manage and support
end-to-end implementation cycles
, including requirement gathering, testing, and go-live support.
Deliver
user training sessions
and ensure smooth adoption of Odoo ERP functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and post-implementation.
Support
data migration, system upgrades, and third-party integrations
as needed.
