Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and translate them into Odoo requirements.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (

  Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Project, Manufacturing

  ).
• Perform functional gap analysis and suggest effective Odoo-based solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation: BRD, FRD, test cases, and UAT scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with Odoo developers for customization and integration tasks.
• Train end users and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Assist with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within project scope and budget.
• Act as the functional bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

• 25 years

  of hands-on experience as an

  Odoo Functional Consultant

  .
• Strong knowledge of Odoo functional flows and inter-module relationships.
• Excellent understanding of business processes across finance, logistics, manufacturing, and HR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Odoo certification (Functional v14v17).
• Basic understanding of

  Python, XML, and PostgreSQL

  .
• Prior experience in

  multi-company / multi-country ERP projects

  .
• Familiarity with

  data import/export, dashboard setup, and reporting
