Job Summary:

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to handle ERP implementation, business requirement analysis, client coordination, and functional support. The role involves working closely with clients and technical teams to deliver effective Odoo ERP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand client business processes and map them to Odoo modules
• Gather and document functional requirements (BRD / FRD)
• Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, MRP
• Coordinate with technical/development team for customizations
• Conduct user training and demos
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Prepare functional documents, workflows, and reports
• Handle client communication and requirement changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Odoo ERP Functional Implementation
• Good understanding of ERP business workflows
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / Engineering
• Experience working with Indian accounting & GST
• Odoo certification (added advantage)
