Odoo Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, implementing Odoo ERP solutions, and offering continuous client support. Your responsibilities will include configuring modules, training users, and ensuring seamless integration of business processes to boost efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and provide ERP functional consulting. - Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions. - Develop process documentation and training materials. - Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training. - Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters in business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Additional Company Details: - Technologies involved: Odoo (Open ERP) and other ERP Systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. - Effective communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are required. - Basic project management and multitasking capabilities are a plus. - Knowledge of key business domains such as E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounting is beneficial.
