Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant with 1–3 years of experience who will mainly focus on creating clear functional tasks for developers and researching new Odoo apps for our app store.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and convert them into detailed tasks.
• Write clear functional specifications for developers (flows, fields, validations, reports).
• Research Odoo App Store and suggest new apps we can build.
• Create app requirement documents and break them into tasks.
• Test developed features and ensure they meet requirements.
• Document workflows and create simple user guides when needed.
• Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Odoo functional consulting or ERP analysis.
• Good understanding of common Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting).
• Strong ability to write requirements and explain processes clearly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred (Optional)

Knowledge of Odoo Studio or basic understanding of technical terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
