Job Description

  • Execute detailed business process analysis and understand client workflows across departments
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, prepare BRDs, SRS, and GAP analysis documents
  • Map business processes to Odoo modules
  • Design optimized workflows, approval chains, and automation.
  • Configure and implement Odoo Accounting end-to-end: like Chart of Accounts (CoA) ,Journal entries and ledger setup , Bank reconciliation & cash management, Financial reporting
  • Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations- like Planning & blueprinting, Configuration , customization, Integration, Data migration, Testing Go live
  • Maintain change logs, SOPs, and configuration documentation for audits
  • Process documents, blueprints, BRDs, and UAT reports

Technical Skills:

  • Odoo ORM, Python, XML, JavaScript
  • PostgreSQL database
  • REST / XML-RPC APIs
  • Linux (Ubuntu), Odoo.sh, deployment skills
  • Git / Bitbucket for version control

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹229,989.23 - ₹600,000.00 per year
